Georex Trading Limited provides construction services, equipment rental, and machinery mobilization services throughout Kenya and East Africa. Services subject to availability and standard terms and conditions as outlined in individual service agreements.
Services include:

Earthworks and site preparation

Equipment rental (excavators, backhoes, loaders, tipper trucks)

Machinery mobilization and transport services
Equipment Rental Terms
Equipment rental is subject to the following terms and conditions, which will be detailed in the rental agreement:

Rental Rates: Rental rates and terms are agreed upon in writing before equipment delivery. Rates may vary based on equipment type, duration, and project requirements.

Responsibility: Renters are responsible for proper use, care, and security of equipment. Equipment must be operated by qualified personnel only.
•
Damage & Loss: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, or loss of equipment, will be charged to the renter at replacement or repair cost.
•
Return Condition: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, clean and properly maintained.
•
Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional charges as specified in the rental agreement.
•
Insurance: Renters are required to maintain adequate insurance coverage for rented equipment as specified in the rental agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements and contracts. Generally:

Payments are due as agreed in the contract, typically with milestone-based or periodic payment schedules
•
Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement, typically 1.5% per month
•
Payment methods: bank transfers, checks, and other agreed-upon methods
•
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees as required by law
Quality & Warranty
Quality services delivered to specifications. All work is performed to industry standards and specifications. Specific warranties will be outlined in individual service contracts.
Quality assurance includes:

Regular inspections and quality control measures

Well-maintained equipment and machinery
•
Experienced and qualified personnel
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Georex Trading Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Total liability for any claims arising from services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question, except as required by applicable law.
